Site Pricing/Information accuracy

While Tradeworks strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate and up-to-date information. Despite our best efforts, mistakes may occur on occasion. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Tradeworks shall have the right to cancel any order or revise the order pricing after confirming the new pricing with the customer.

Sales Tax

Tradeworks is required by law to collect all applicable federal and provincial taxes for goods & services shipped within Canada (HST/GST). Customers from outside countries may be exempt from these taxes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates quoted are estimates only. Shipping charges are calculated by an automated system, which may at times be inaccurate or provide incorrect charges. As a result, your actual shipping charges may be lower or higher from what was quoted by the system. If your order exceeds 50lbs, please contact us to get a shipping quote.

Cancellations, Changes, Returns

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. Orders in progress cannot in any case be canceled. If you need to change your order within the first 48 hours after placing your order, we will make our best effort to change it. After 48 hours of confirming your order, if order fulfillment work has started  we cannot make any changes to your order. Finally, all Tradeworks online orders are non-returnable for credit or for a refund.

Shipping Delays

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified for each product as well as meeting your deadlines, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and deadlines cannot always be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delays. Delays of this nature do not entitle clients to any refunds as they are out of our control.

Merchandise Consistency

We encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of the actual product before you order in bulk quantities. It is important that you understand that samples and images are representative in nature. Manufacturing variations are often unavoidable and a natural result of the manufacturing process. By choosing to place an order with Tradeworks, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging.

Warranty

All products carry a 3 month warranty. Tradeworks will replace any defective merchandise for a brand new item within the warranty period from the original invoice date.  Goods damaged in shipping may be replaced if the damage is dues to our improper packaging for shipment.
