Why should I buy your products?

Products produced at Tradeworks Custom Products are sustainable an many ways. First, we are a social enterprise that moves women out of poverty by hiring women trained in carpentry to give them real work experience. Further, not only are our products of excellent design and quality, they are FSC ® certified, using wood from responsibly managed forests and limited toxic finishing.

What type of wood are your products made of?

Our products are made of FSC certified woods, including pine beetle wood and bamboo primarily. The wood we use is all reclaimed and repurposed wood

Can I get a discount on large volume purchases?

Yes, we do large volume discounts for sure. Contact us by providing the details in the form and we will contact you with an estimate.

Ordering

Your shopping cart isn't working, what should I do?

Sorry for the inconvienience, report the error to us by email or phone and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.

I don't have a Paypal account, how can I pay?

PayPal is a very convenient checkout system, which is why we use it. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard to process a payment through them.

I don't want to process my payment online, can I still make a purchase?

Of course, you can still make the order through our online system but choose to pay through money order at checkout. However, we will not process you order until we receive the payment.

Do you accept foreign currency?

Yes, we accept foreign currency if you pay through PayPal.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is determined based on the weight and dimensions of the product(s) that you purchase, as well as the shipping location. The shipping cost will appear upon checking out.

Do you accept international orders?

At the moment, we do not accept international online orders. However, we are still interested in doing business with you, so please contact us through our online form.

What shipping method do you use?

We use Canada Post, but if you require another shipping method, please let us know and we can arrange something for additional charge.

After Sale

How long does delivery take?

Generally, it will take 2-4 weeks from the moment you make your purchase online, until you receive the products. However, this will also vary according to the quantity of the products and whether or not we have inventory available.

How can I get a refund?

If you would like a refund, notify us and send the products (must be in good condition) back within 30 days of receival. Note that we may charge a restocking fee and you must pay for the shipping charges.

How can I place a custom order?

If there aren't any items that appeal to your needs, all you have to do is fill out the online form with ideas of an order you'd like to make and we will contact you shortly.
